My journey into the vet world started back in high school when I was training dogs for C.O.P.E service dogs. That experience made me realize I could turn my love for animals into a career.
I graduated from Northern College with a Veterinary Technician diploma in 2013, followed by further studies in Wildlife Rehabilitation in 2015, and Companion Animal Physical Rehabilitation in 2016. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set to provide the best possible care to our furry patients!
I enjoy assisting in surgery and am always impressed at how quickly pets recover from surgical procedures. Driven by my passion for animal welfare, I am also enthusiastic about rabies prevention and research. I love the team here and the relationships I’ve built with coworkers, patients, and clients alike.
I have an unusual obsession with giraffes, which I admit might border on unhealthy. However, it’s my three beloved cats who truly capture my heart: Ninja, Mindy and Max.
